What’s the delivery date?
In general, when the quantity is under 50000pcs, we deliver in 30 to 40 days after confirming the sample. But we could do some adjustment for urgent order.
What’s the usual payment term?
T/T, Paypal, West union etc.. The payment term is negotiable
About QA&QC
Our quality control division conducts a complete process form incoming material inspection, production line checking up to final inspection before shipment. And they also give suggestions on improving quality and solving quality problems to customers.
How about the sample policy?
We are honored to offer you samples. And we will charge you on the sample fee as less as we can, even sometimes a free sample is possible. If you would like us to help to arrange the shipping, you have to pay us the cost of courier by express like: DHL, TNT, UPS and FEDEX.
How to add logo?
You provide the logo artwork in AI or PDF format to us, then we could add the logo in bag. The logo could do as printing, embroidery or rubber logo, metal logo etc.
